Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders $50+
Orders of $50 or more (after any discounts, before tax) ship free within the U.S. via USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping rates

• Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): $6.95 on orders under $50, typically 2–5 business days
• Priority Mail: calculated at checkout, typically 1–3 business days
• Priority Mail Express: calculated at checkout, typically 1–2 business days (not guaranteed)

Processing time
Orders ship within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). The delivery times above start once your order ships. During tournament season and the holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Need it for a tournament?
Choose Priority Mail Express at checkout and order as early as you can. Have a hard deadline?Please contact us immediately if you select Priority Express with the subject line "12-Six Priority Express Purchase (your last name)" paulajaworowski@gmail.com . Priority Express does not guarantee your package will be delivered next day. Please estimate it to take 1 to 2 days. 

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including APO/FPO.

Address issues and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll help.

Embroidery
We don't offer custom embroidery or personalization on any item.
